The Peirce Report was presented in the public interest as a joint project of the Manufacturers Association of Berks County (MABC), the Berks County Community Foundation and Reading Eagle Company. Neil R. Peirce and Curtis W. Johnson, authors of the report, are nationally known experts who identify regional problems and suggest opportunities to help solve them.
