The Demonstration Grant Program seeks to invest in projects to test and demonstrate the efficacy of innovative approaches to community opportunities and emerging community trends. Successful demonstration programs may be funded in two phases. Phase one involves the implementation of the actual demonstration program and its corresponding evaluation process. Phase two provides funds to disseminate information and replicate the program.
