The Community Foundation's Investment Committee has been charged by the Board of Directors with the responsibility of managing the Community Foundation's assets. The committee establishes and reviews investment guidelines and evaluates investment performance on a regular basis. Annual distribution by the Community Foundation are calculated at 5% of the fair market value of each fund. When annual earnings exceed the current year's distributions, the excess is retained in endowment principal.
