Driving Directions to Berks County Community Foundation

From Philadelphia:

Take Route 76 West to the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Valley Forge.

Follow the turnpike westbound to Exit #298 at Morgantown (about 28 miles).

After you exit the turnpike, take route 176 toward Reading.

Follow 176 to 422 West.

Follow 422 West to the Penn Street exit.

Take Penn Street 4 blocks to 5th Street (McDonald's is on the right).

Turn left onto 5th Street.

Go two blocks to the second light (Washington Street). See below.

From Harrisburg:

Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike eastbound to Exit #286 at Reading (about 38 miles).

After you exit the turnpike, take route 222 North toward Allentown/Reading.

Follow 222 North to 422 East toward Pottstown. Follow 422 East to the Penn Street (not Penn Avenue) exit.

Take Penn Street 4 blocks to 5th Street (McDonald's is on the right).

Turn left onto 5th Street.

Go two blocks to the second light (Washington Street). See below.

From Allentown:

Follow Route 222 South toward Reading. After you go through the traffic light at Route 73, look for an exit onto Route 222/422 toward Lancaster (the former "Road to Nowhere").

Follow 422 East to the Penn Street (not Penn Avenue) exit.

Take Penn Street 4 blocks to 5th Street (McDonald's is on the right).

Turn left onto 5th Street.

Go two blocks to the second light (Washington Street). See below.

Turn left on Washington Street and take an immediate right into the Wyndham Hotel Parking Garage (PARKING painted on wall).

After you park, take the elevator to the ground level. The Berkshire Building is across the street from the Wyndham Hotel. The main entrance is on Washington Street under a "Royal Bank" marquee. Take the elevator to the 8th floor. Go through the double doors and make a right. Berks County Community Foundation is located at the end of the hall.
