Community Leadership:
The Greater Reading Leadership Alliance (GRLA)

  • What it is: The Greater Reading Leadership Alliance was established to connect the next generation of business leaders in the Greater Reading area. As large corporations give way to smaller entreprenurial companies, business leaders have less opportunity to become connected to the community through traditional channels.

  • Who's involved: Business leaders roughly ages 30-50 who are involved in the community and care about its future.

  • Objective: To identify and strengthen the next generation of community leadership.
