It’s never easy losing a loved one, whether a beloved grandparent, or a good neighbor who feels like a part of the family. We all find the strength to cope somehow. But imagine what it must feel like to a child whose parent is suddenly gone from one day to the next. What coping skills do they have to deal with such a tragedy? Tara’s Family Foundation would like to be a part of that circle of family and friends helping those children and their families know how much we care for them. Tara lost her life on November 4th, 2009, from complications after delivering her third child, a lovely girl named Quinn. She has two boys, Braydon, five years old, and Evan, three years old. Tara was 38. Her years were short, but her life was beautiful, as she was. Tara was beautiful in so many ways. Her charm, generosity, humor, and energy left a mark on everyone she knew. Her husband, Michael, is now caring for three children with the tremendous outpouring of support from family and friends.

So, on behalf of her father, John D’Orazio; her sister, Tia; brother, J.D.; and Jean, her aunt, we would like to give a helping hand to those in need and in similar circumstances. Tara made us all proud, and I’m sure with your help and support, she would be proud of all of us as well.
