Community Conference Center

Registered nonprofit organizations can request use of the meeting space at the Community Conference Center at no charge. After you have been recognized as a nonprofit organization by Berks County Community Foundation you be authorized to book meeting spaces.

The following spaces are available:

  • Jenkins Klein Family Fund/CH Briggs Company Board Room (seats 26)
  • Fireside Room (seats 4)
  • Community Room A (seats 30)
  • Community Room B (seats 12)
  • Community Room A & B (seats 50)

Preferred catering and AV set-up choices are available. Please discuss your needs when you reserve space. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To reserve a room in the conference center:

After you register your nonprofit organization (see below if you have not yet registered) click on "reserve a room."

You will view the reservation calendar showing the current available time slots. Select the space you're interested in from the dropdown menu. Fill in the dates and times you want. In the comments area, indicate any special requests such as AV set-up or catering.

Click on submit at the bottom of the form. You will receive an email from Berks County Community Foundation confirming that the space is available and booked for your organization.

To register your non-profit organization:

Complete the online registration form. You will receive an email confirming that your organization has been approved.
